Not sure what the final stats on fandoms and characters is, but there is a pretty good mix of stuff. There's also an error with the tag set that has caused some entertaining moments.
BOOKS:
( Yuletide is the only place Heyer, Baby-Sitters Club, Nancy Drew, Juniper Mackenzie, Miss Marple, and the Rihannsu come together, except on my bookshelf... )CARTOONS
For me, cartoons and Yuletide mean it's time for a trip to the 1980s. Fandoms in this year include Lion Voltron, Thundercats (original and reboot), He-Man and She-Ra, Jem (not a full enough character set for my taste), and Dungeons and Dragons. Jonny Quest is also in (without the main character), and the Scooby-Doo Mystery Inc, which I still have not seen.
MOVIES
There is a good assortment of movies, mostly stuff that I think I'll be interested in reading, not so much writing or offering. But when it comes up it will be fun!
Clue has a pretty good character set (everyone except the bodies) and there's a request I'm sort of flirting with making. I don't know if I could write for it, but this might be the year we see. It's one of the movies I brought with me, so I can always reference it.
The Eagle (movie, not book) is in, as well as A League of Their Own, The Cutting Edge, The Mummy, Murder by Death (exciting! not enough characters!), The Thin Man, and Tangled (where, by a rather amusing error, Tiphaine Rutherton from Emberverse shows up...).
TV
There's an interesting assortment of things that I might enjoy reading in here, but not so much with the writing. MASH, Brisco County, 1957 Zorro, Murder She Wrote, a lot of the mystery/detective stuff, including Columbo. Hardy Boys/Nancy Drew TV series was nominated, but apparently by a Hardy Boys fan because Nancy does not appear. Glad I didn't nominate them.
OTHERS
Disney Princesses is a perennial favorite, and Hell's Kitchen RPF might be fun to read. Maybe write depending on the prompt...
I am really looking forward to Yuletide this year!
