Forty Years of JEM, one of my first fandom loves!

So I'd love an AU story about these mother/daughter pairs. Nadia is found? Nadia was never really lost? Danse and Nadia are reunited thanks to Robert Stack?

Jacqui lives AU?  Jacqui lives – How would this change dynamics? She can be alive at the time of the story or not, but not have her go down in that plane crash. I like to think she’d be a good addition, and see through all of Eric Raymond’s BS. Feel free to kill Emmett instead…or not.

The 4 collaborate from the beginning? Outrageous!

Jacqui & Jerrica & Aja & Shana – Something fluffy

Aja/Craig – They get back together.  They decide not to worry about their equally outrageous families and get married.  Outrageous!  Craig/Aja get married and everyone is invited?

For Shana/Anthony, we just see so little of them but they are clearly together and happy.  Sneaking off during videos to…collaborate maybe?

Howard/Danielle – What are they getting up to?  She has the yacht.

Jerrica/Rio – Sweet or sexy – the vibe at the end of Broadway Magic is what I am going for.

Riot/Stormer – There is something about the two serious musicians hooking up while  they write that I like…

I enjoy when this fandom revels in its Eighties roots, so if you want to involve Unsolved Mysteries or some such, go for it.

I’ve been requesting this and thinking about them more.   

It’s small, it feels like about twenty people on AO3 have even heard of it (eps are available online - 13 episodes (E1, E5, E9 and E11 are the best) and they're all on YouTube.  So for the 80s cartoons, this one gets left out a lot, possibly because it’s not on DVD, but I love it.  It had the potential to be smarter than some of the others, and there’s just something about it that works and is intriguing.

There’s a lot of room to play, a lot of depth and room to explore.  I’ve recently written a pair of longer fics (one post-canon for SFBB that has a delightful podfic, one post-canon with backstory and headcanon for Iddy Iddy Bang Bang), so feel free to check those out.

I love how evenly matched Cryotek/Galadria are.  The whole scene where we see her surprise him (and then they get interrupted by the baddies) is ripe for “like canon but make it sexier”.  But in that scene I love how they immediately slide back to back, and she is an asset, not a liability.  Please bring the shippiness. .  I love that the gruff, stern guy got the girl instead of the usual hero character.  I’m totally here for the two of them kicking some ass, getting down, meeting alternate version of themselves, having romantic sexy times.   I’m easy to please on this one.

Not a fan of damsels in distress, but sometimes a girl needs a little help.

Fletchen/Leoric are the other canon couple, and I am definitely down to explore their dynamic.  Or the friendships – Galadria and Witterquick know each other from before, but how do Leoric and Galadria get along (because he and Cryotek are previously friends).

I just have more thoughta about my OTP.

Allura/Lotor is the one that intrigues me, of course.  Maybe they’re stuck somewhere together (NOT because he’s kidnapped her) or maybe something else.

Allura/Lance feels like a great fling that becomes more!  Also he’s a smartass and I have a weakness for them.

Allura & Coran – Family feels, learning lessons.

Sven/Romelle. Quiet moments make me happy (a sweet quiet moment? A sexy quiet moment?). They’re my OTP in this one, I love how they’re both healing from trauma in their own ways, and how they need each other.  You can cause them some more trauma as long as all ends well.  What if Sven didn’t drop off the team?

I loved the two episode set of Last Flight of the Dixie Damsel/Prediction: Murder with Lee Goddard, and would love an AU where they actually got together.

So I have been watching Murder She Wrote most of my life, it’s a serious comfort show.  I prefer mysteries that either happen in Cabot Cove or at some ridiculous house party (seriously, how does she keep getting invited places?).  Season 4-5 are probably the sweet spot – Grady gets married, the Sins of Castle Cove episode, the ski lodge episode, the Dixie Damsel and the second part, the Fire Burn and Cauldron bubble ep, and it’s an early outlier but Reflections of the Mind is also excellent.

She doesn’t have to solve a mystery if you don’t want to.  But I LOVE when Jessica is at a house party just being nosy and/or helpful.

I really liked Lee Goddard, even if he came on a bit strong.  It could be interesting to really explore that.

La’An/James – Look, I just love this pairing even if the show apparently decided not to.

Then s3e6 hit me RIGHT in the OT3 feels, and I need it.  I need them.  How do they get together? (After s3e10, I think)

La’An & Manu – I’d really love an AU where they both survive.  Bonus points – Manu is on Farragut, sibling pair hijinks ensue (especially if Sam and Manu are egging them on),

La’An & Batel – I think these two could have a badass adventure together.  Maybe they bring Una?
