I love TOS Uhura. I love her cool sense of humor and calmness under pressure.

 

Nyota & Hikaru - Shore leave adventures? A mission together?

 

Spock/Nyota - I've written this one a few times, but would love one of my very own.

 

Mirror Spock/Mirror Nyota - interested to see the 2 of them together

 

So for Hikaru & Nyota, I love the easy interplay between them.  Maybe instructing together at Academy, or going on a solo mission together in TOS era?  Shore leave shenanigans.

 

Spock/Nyota – there’s a ton out there, but I just want more.  Feel free to include music.

 

Mirror Spock/Mirror Nyota – I feel like she could be his eyes and ears on the bridge…and maybe more.

Star Trek: Strange New Worlds (TV) 

Una Chin-Riley/Christopher Pike (SNW), Erica Ortegas & Christopher Pike (SNW), Number One | Una Chin-Riley & Christopher Pike & Spock (SNW) ,Christine Chapel & Erica Ortegas (SNW)

 

I really love this new show, although I am wondering about continuity but NOT REALLY CARING I LOVE THIS CREW.

 

I'm a diehard Pike/Number One shipper, and I have not changed my mind. They need a clue brick.

 

I love the big 3 (and Una & Spock were not nominated), but I also really enjoy Ortegas being the slightly sarcastic voice on the bridge.

 

I enjoy everyone, am totally digging the new Chapel. I'm not really into Spock/Chapel because I want to see where Spock/T'Pring is going.

 

So, if you want to play this as a different timeline, I’m cool with that.  Want to adapt a TOS ep to include this crew?  Go right ahead.  I feel like the Una/Chris is right there under the surface – there’s definitely a deep friendship.  For the 3 of them, maybe something pre-canon?  Erica and Christine shore leave shenanigans sounds excellent as well.

 

I was just really excited about this show, more than I was excited about the previous new shows, although this one did get me into Disco.  I see the news about the comic, but probably won’t be out in time to play in to this assignment.

I'm actually reading this one with my teen right now. AU angsty P/C? Like, just mail it to my address.

 

So at the end of the book, we once again have the P/C stand-down... but what if we didn't? What if they talked about what happened? What if they made some of those dreams come true (i.e. bang)? Or, you know the whole moment where Picard isn't sure which Beverly died? Like, I'll be here for you to tell me any of these stories. Or how crazy it is to glimpse a different future.

 

Or, talk to me about how Tasha/Data might be different in Track A. Or I really enjoyed how Tasha-A and Worf-B worked together.

 

So yes, that “moment that cuts across moments” at the end.  Feel free to go back to that.  Feel free to DO SOMETHING with it.  The whole not knowing which Beverly was gone, and letting that be a catalyst to feelings?  I’m right here with you.

 

For Tasha/Data – how does that work:  How do they get together?  How does she feel with him gone?  Tasha-A and Worf-B really clicked for me as well.

I just recently reread this one (for values of recently, see “Sunday”) and I love how he hints at the P/C, how they’ve got the remembered angst, Jack’s death, all of that.  Let them move past it now.

Hi yes I was a mid 90s-2000s PAD fan girl. I initially loved this scrappy little crew of one-shots returning and mixing with some PAD originals (like the SFA books). The first 8 or so are my jam. The next couple books were okay, but I did not like some of the later trends at all (like the whole deal with Soleta joining the Romulans). I wrote a sadly lost to the ravages of time fanfic about Mark helping Soleta out with Pon Farr. I really enjoyed Soleta.

 

I really really loved how Shelby was developed (although I enjoyed Kat Mueller as well).

 

I enjoyed Mac making Jellico crazy. I forgot to nominate Nechayev into this set but I also love her, and enjoy her watching Mac make Jellico crazy.

 

I love Elizabeth getting frustrated with Mac, and him enjoying it.  (I did not enjoy Eppy as a nickname)

 

I love Soleta being all cool and calm and yet willing to embrace the craziness because it gets stuff done.  I also love her easiness with Mark.

 

Feel free to include Nechayev, who definitely has a soft spot for Mac and not Jellico.

Not much to say, I feel like this is a long shot.  But I miss them.

Star Trek Crossover Fandom 

La'an Noonien Singh (SNW) & Khan Noonien Singh (TOS)

 

So I would totally be down for a story where La'an is on the ship when Khan gets picked up. Up to you if we slide the event forward to Pike's time or have her on the ship, but I think it would be really interesting!

 

I’d really be interested in how La’an handles this.  Obviously there would be no BS trying to figure out who they were, whether they could trust them, but how would he react to her?  I find it really intriguing.
