So unfortunately I meant to nominate this year and didn't realize it was time!  But there were still a few things I loved.  Also I'm introducing the teen to the wide array of Trek TV options and I'm feeling like I want more, all over again!

My blanket DNW are nominated character death, cruelty/death to animals/children, extreme/graphic/sexual violence.

Star Trek: The Next Generation 

Beverly Crusher/Jean-Luc Picard (TNG)

 

I have just finished a rewatch of TNG and all I want for Christmas is Picard/Crusher getting together. Missing scene, fix-it fic for Attached, snowed in for Christmas. More in the letter, but that's the bare bones.

 

Just spent a month or so taking my teen through the high points of TNG and remembering my love for my first real ship – Picard/Crusher.  There is so much I would be down for involving these two, but here’s a few ideas.

 

Fix-it fic for Attached (the scene at the end had me screaming, just like the first time it aired…) where she stays so he doesn’t have to have interesting dreams.

 

Missing scenes of them being Crew Dad and Mom.  I’d also enjoy a debrief at the end of Descent.  Or something to go along with All Good Things because I HAD forgotten that kiss in the ready room!  Maybe he decides to do something else he should have done a long time ago after the poker game (please feel free to have him lose…)

 

If you want to put them through a little hurt/comfort along the way to getting together, I’m partial to Arsenal of Freedom, The High Ground, and Beverly’s reactions in Best of Both Worlds (especially when she’s on the bridge with body language saying we need to GOOOOOO).  Also Violations is good for a more mental aspect.

 

Snowed in somewhere for Christmas.  Or, if you’re old enough to remember the fic where Riker and Crusher got stranded together and got bored… well, I’m sure Jean-Luc would be good company! (It was called The Diversion by Allison Martens)  Or maybe Picard has her come along for some formal function he doesn’t want to attend (and man, these two would work right in together!)

 

The one thing I do NOT want is the whole BS from Generations where they could have used Beverly and didn’t, and Picard’s personal trauma.

Spock/Nyota Uhura (TOS) Number One & Christopher Pike (TOS)Fanfiction

 

I've written a bunch of Spock/Uhura fic, and I would love some of my very own. I would also be down for Number One & Pike (or Number One/Pike) having an adventure/being trapped together. More in the letter.

 

Pretty much what it says here!  I’ve written quite a few of these, and read some more excellent ones.  I admit I didn’t like it in AOS when first introduced, but I definitely think it could play in on TOS.  I love the vibe between them and enjoy them playing music together, flirting a little.  I’d prefer something set on the Enterprise as opposed to away team shenanigans. 

 

For Pike & Number One (or Pike/Number one if you are so inclined), I would like some away team shenanigans, diplomatic issues, or even just some sort of Fleet event.  Feel free to work younger Spock in.
