Vote Watching....

Well, I am working on fic (I can hear cheers from Electra's fans - yes it is the wedding chapter) and watching the election coverage on mute with the music going.

I have absolutely no interest in the local elections. I am not a resident of Texas, nor do I wish to be. And hopefully, I'll be escaping this place very very soon.....

Killing time (and possibly finishing a chap) until I go to play volleyball with my coworkers. I haven't been able to play yet because of Army PT getting in the way, but they assure me that no talent is required.

blue_phoenix - Have you seen the Marine hooker pics on usmilitary ? Go and have your laugh of the day. Not to mention some of the other ones posted today.

Yay! The wedding chapter! I get my vacation this week at work. I'm sorely tempted to take a day or two just to finish Joe fic that languishes unfinished on my hard drive.

Elections

Not looking good for my party. Annoyed that Bush took my home state. Annoyed that we get four more years of him. Annoyed that my vote not only cost money, but didn't help get him out of office. Damn, damn, damn.

Four more wars.... I mean, years. Not to mention Supreme Court justices and rolling back more women's rights.

Must go beddy-bye now, have to go to Army training tomorrow.
