First off, I am SO sorry it's taken so long to get this up.  However, it's Girl Scout cookie season with a 13 year old and a 4 month old and I needed some brain cells to write this.

These two are my favorite couples (Laxus/Mira isn't canon but work with me) in Fairy Tail. Down for Country House AU. Ass-kicking while on a date or coming out of retirement would really work for me. The "love confession" is canon for Gajeel/Levy but we need what happens next (please tell me it involves hot sex).

There’s a lot of things I love about Fairy Tail but Levy/Gajeel are my absolute favorite.  They are my Fairy Tail OTP.  I always want more – sweet, sexy (you cannot tell me they’re not banging like a screen door in a West Texas breeze), canon, AU – just give me more Gale!  There’s not much with them I wouldn’t read.

I really enjoy Laxus – he’s hot, and I love his redemption arc – and I love that he’s a snarky bastard.  And I think Mira could wipe the floor with him if need be.  There’s a fanfic where Laxus is getting teased for not knowing what a unison raid is (basically a magic team up) and Mira points out that he’s never needed to do one… what the two of them could do together is a little scary.

I love Pantherlily and his little badass self (and his big badass self!) and dig seeing his vibe with Levy and Gajeel together.  Especially when Pantherlily is guarding his people and their privacy (and the baby!).  I really like the vibe between Gajeel and Juvia as the only two from Phantom Lord, and think she and Levy could get along nicely.

Carried to bed by partner – works for either

Character's Attempts At Flirting Are So Bad They Are Constantly Mistaken For Attempted Murder – works for either of the guys, honestly

Country House Party – Everyone can get in on this one, especially if they are on a job.

Families - Found Family – works for all.

Grooming - hair brushing – I see this one as Levy and Gajeel more.

Love Confessions - A thinks they're about to die and voices their feelings for B;but oops A survives – They did this in canon for Levy and Gajeel, so you could expand on it, or you could spin it on Laxus/Mira

Retired badasses reluctantly have to come out of retirement for the greater good – good for all

Reunions - Character Runs To Other Character and Jumps Into His Arms – good for either

Catching injured character as they faint or lose balance – good for either, especially if it’s the girl doing the catching

Character A Chooses To Die/Risk Death At Character B's Side Rather Than Face Life Without Them – I’m really a sucker for this one

Dimension travel to a significantly diverged timeline – If you want to do this one and riff off the Grand Magic Games or S-Class, be my guest

Friends with Benefits to Lovers - It's a slow unspoken development that they're mutually aware of – this is my jam for Laxus and Mira, deliberately not acknowledging the banging and trying to keep their secret (especially because Mira is so nosy)

Kissing After Falling on/Straddling Another Person – good for either

Sharing a Bed - There Was Only One Bed – good for either

Stranded in a haunted building; being picked off one by one – bring it on

Time Travel – A realizes only towards the end of the adventure that B is their ancestor – I like this one for either pairing, with an ancestor of Levy or Laxus

Feel free to combine any or all of these pairs. I would totally be down for a country house party where ALL the guests are detectives (have you seen Murder by Death or Clue? You get me, then.) The boarding school one could be interesting as well.

 

I don’t really have much to add here.  Feel free to add in extra characters – other Christie detectives, other teen sleuths, Jessica Fletcher, the Harts – but I would love love love a story where they are all together (possibly trapped/stranded?) and have to figure out who the killer is.

If you decide to go boarding school AU, either Jane Marple or Maud Silver should be headmistress.

This is one of the fandoms of my heart. I am here for all the vaguely 1980s-1990s teen sleuth shenanigans. Nancy/Frank UST - PLEASE resolve it!

 

All right, if you read the SuperMysteries, you know why we’re here.  A vacation spot, a mystery, a chance meeting, UST, and all the glories of the late 80s/early 90s – Nancy noticing that a message is written in eyeliner, not crayon, Joe using a water pistol to fake out a bad guy, Frank Hardy is hot as hell.  My favorites are Dangerous Games, The Last Resort, Exhibition of Evil, Royal Revenge, and Secrets of the Nile.

Stuck in a Blizzard (TOGETHER) – see “huddling for warmth”.  I’m also cool with stranded somewhere in a blizzard with a killer picking them off and stolen kisses/more.

I missed the signups for Past Imperfect, but thought this would be a good chance. The idea that they might have a chance to go home really really intrigues me- whether they come through to now or "back" to 1988.

 

I really love this series.  Yes, it relies a little too heavily on coincidences and Stirling can be heavy handed but I love it and was really miffed that we have 10-plus books of dystopia and only 3 of this!  I totally love the uptimer/downtimer vibes and the inevitable in-jokes that have to develop.

I love Kash and Kathryn, how they balance each other out and really work.  Kathryn and Kenneth together are good, especially since they’re both involved with downtimers.  Odikweos and Kash together could be interesting.

Castaways in Time Have Chance to Go Home – I would really love to see this, especially if some people (ie Kathryn) choose NOT to go home.  Whether they go back to 1998 or another point, I’m down to see it.

Castaways in Time – This is the heart of the series.  Anything on it works for me.

Dimension travel to a significantly diverged timeline – They’ve already done a little time travel, why not some more?  Maybe one where Walker is successful?

Portal Only Open Temporarily – I’d be interested in this one too.  What if Kash could see 1998 for a day?  Could the Nantucketers bring anything back?  Go wild.

Reality breaking down and previous universe increasingly bleeding through into the reboot – This could be really good for this one.

I'm really interested in how these look from the outside. The pregnant beekeeper is inspired by an AITA post, the space rover is Opportunity, and the detective could be one of many.

Detective & Mysteries – I just love the idea of a detective (think Jessica Fletcher-esque) deliberately sidestepping mysteries and enjoying their vacation!  Country House Party goes here.

Pregnant Beekeeper/Controlling Husband & Bees – This has been deleted from AITA but can be found on the AITA Twitter (https://twitter.com/AITA_reddit/status/1220800379614646273).  He gives away her bees!  Maybe the bees are magical.  Maybe she is secretly a bee priestess.  Maybe they all come back and “take care” of him…

Space Rover – Rescue Opportunity or a fictional stand-in.

Outside POV - Speculation on characters' lives or Outsider POV - the public reacts on social media is good for any of these prompts
