The big homework assignment is finished and turned in. Yay!!
I finally have all the tactical dining in pictures finished and fixed. They are here : http://pg.photos.yahoo.com/ph/desert_foxb5/my_photos . At the link, click on the album that says "470th Tactical Dining In". I'm not planning on putting any of them up in my lj gallery.
I'm making some progress in denting the pile of stuff to read. Of course, the new Amelia Peabody book is coming out. Amazon has it for $17.18 but I'd have to get another book to qualify for the super saver shipping. Darn, I *hate* that. It's soooo unfair. (Right. You all believe that one.)
I babysat last night for
bluephoenix13, so no wild parties this weekend. We're going out in a group for dinner to celebrate her birthday, but since I want to hit an early Mass for Easter morning, I'm planning a nice quiet evening with the book stack. I also need to get a little tidying and laundry done.
The sleeping in part was nice, especially since I'll be having an early Saturday morning on April 2nd. Some of us from my company are running in formation in the Race for the Cure. Hope for some nice weather, please?
Off to enjoy more peace and quiet....

Date: 2005-03-27 12:52 pm (UTC)Oh yes. I do enjoy the Peabody series. I'm glad this one is going to be set after Children of the Storm, since the most recently written one covered a past period.
DV, who wouldn't mind taking Ramses off Nefret's hands....
