I feel your pain, trust me! Blackboard on the Los Rios site goes down when I need to upload assignments. My PS project took about ten minutes to upload, and that's after three attempts.

There always seems to be certain sites that do that, but I understand the frustration, especailly when you NEED to be in that site. Hope it behaves soon for you.
