I was under the impression this came down through semi-official channels, since it came from our family readiness group leader, but apparently still not safe.

In fact, you CAN'T send stuff to 'any soldier' any more. Security. I saw this one on Snopes the other day.

Thanks. I knew the "Any Soldier" mail is no longer going - not just because of security, but because it was also killing the mail over there.

I wondered about it, but this came down from official channels.

Off to email someone.
