Monday, but not Monday, as there were no staff and dayworkers to make our lives less enjoyable. High-spirited ops are always fun. And tomorrow's my Friday, so things are good. I just have to survive it.
Finished book 3 of my series, now reading book 4. Before any of *my* readers get antsy, I also did a small amount of writing. I plan to do more tomorrow night and on my days off. It's taking shape, slowly but surely. Still having a little personal stress, and that is affecting my writing. Losing myself in a little Nora Roberts is helping. Her writing, especially when it comes to family groups, just sucks me in and makes me feel like I'm home again. I miss being with my family. I miss my husband. And I hate sounding like I'm whining. So I'll stop.
I also watched my Boston Legal tape from Sunday so time for the weekly discussion : Well, they put him in this episode. Thanks. Even though he wasn't being very likable. Human, but not likable. (hmmmm, maybe I should take some inspiration...) Not sorry to see Sally go, although wondering where they might pop her in next. I am convinced we're going to see the skillet-killer again, for pretty much the same reason that Alan put forth. Here's to waiting for next week.
