I'm cutting this because it's kind of painful. It comes from

Dear Friends:
One of the kindest people I know is a cancer patient in Seattle. While he was at the hospital 9/21 for an infusion, his home was broken into. ( You can probably guess why this is cut. )
Jeff has given me permission to establish a memorial donation page for Patience where people can donate directly to the ASPCA. If you click the link below, you will find more of the story and the means to make a donation of any amount. Even if everyone who sees this gives only one dollar to help with humane education, anti-cruelty legislation, shelters and animal control police funding it will be a help. If you are not in a position to donate at this time I will certainly understand. Thank you for at least considering giving in Patience's memory.

Please spread it around, if you're so inclined. It's in memory of a sweet kitty, to comfort a man who loved her.

I donated last night. Please think about donating for a good cause.
