More Thundercats Observations
Aug. 17th, 2005 12:40 amI watched 3 more episodes tonight. Amazing how memories start coming back, y'know?
The quality of the animation as put on the DVD still has some issues, IMO. Either from a video or the originals had issues as well. Maybe someone who's watched them on an actual TV and not a computer has different input? Either way, they do NOT look as rich and clean as the Joes.
I was going to post about this last night, but spaced. Unlike other popular cartoons of the time period (He-Man, GI Joe, and I believe Jem?), Thundercats did not have a PSA/moral segment per se. However, the end of all the episodes I have watched so far seems to have a morality/inspiration wrapup (like, the grownups responsible for you only worry about you because they care).
