On to the specifics!

Fairy Tail

Levy McGarden, Cana Alberona, Mirajane Strauss & Evergreen, Lucy Heartfilia & Levy McGarden, Juvia Lockser & Levy McGarden

DNW: graphic violence, cruelty to animals

So many ideas! The ladies of the Fairy Tail guild are pretty awesome.

Lucy & Levy: I love these besties! Especially if their girl time involves reading books or writing stories.

Juvia & Levy: So I love the relationship Juvia has with Gajeel, but I'd like to see what sort of relationship they evolve on their own, outside him.

Mirajane & Evergreen: So I do ship Mira/Laxus and Evergreen/Elfman, but I'd like to see these two square up and develop their own relationship. Especially after Evergreen and Elfman distract Mira...

Levy: I love Levy. Tell me more. Especially if it involves books.

Cana: I also love Cana, and am interested in her rough and tumble persona.

Feel free to combine any of these.

Levy is definitely one of my favorite female characters, and she’s a fellow book hoarder (which sets her up well to be with one of the DragonSlayers). Enchanted books, enchanted libraries, even just simple reading. Maybe something to do with her reading/editing Lucy’s writing?

Mirajane is the guild’s big sister, play on that.

Cana is as ready to scrap and drink as the men in the guild (okay, maybe more ready to drink). She’s also the only one who can cast Fairy Glitter. I love how she takes charge when no one else does.

Ancient Greek Religion & Lore

Helen of Troy & Clytemnestra & Penelope, Penelope & Athena, Hera & Penelope

Helen & Clytemnestra & Penelope: It's easy to forget that Penelope is the twins' cousin. Talk to me about their lives before men screwed everything up. Or an AU where they end up with different roles.

Penelope & Athena: Just how does Penelope feel towards the goddess who favors her husband?

Hera & Penelope: Interested in how they might interact.

For the cousins, I’m totally down for a bit of the past, or an AU.

Penelope & Athena is pretty obvious. Penelope & Hera, interested in the contrasts between the two wives. Does Hera perhaps resent Penelope? (And yes, Odysseus does his fair share of screwing around, but it’s not as big a part of his character) I’m okay with vengeful Hera.

Anne of Green Gables - L. M. Montgomery

Cornelia Bryant, Marilla Cuthbert, Rachel Lynde

DNW: graphic violence, cruelty to animals

I would love to see these three interact, perhaps surrounding Anne and her daughters. I think it would be one for the ages, especially Cornelia v. Rachel.

Three of the finest older ladies in the series. Perhaps interacting on a visit to Ingleside, doting over Anne and the children? OR, if you feel like it, I feel like this one would be well-suited to epistolary fic.

Crossover Groups

Jane Marple (Marple-Christie) & Ariadne Oliver (Poirot - Christie), Jane Marple (Marple-Christie) & Maud Silver (Miss Silver), Jane Marple (Marple-Christie) & Nancy Drew (Nancy Drew - Carolyn Keene), Jenny Chawleigh (A Civil Campaign) & Patience Chartley (Unknown Ajax), Jenny Chawleigh (A Civil Campaign) & Anthea Darracott (Unknown Ajax), Romelle (Lion Force) & Fala (Beast King Golion)

DNW: graphic violence, cruelty to animals

Jane Marple & Various: They can be social or solving crimes. I think Jane Marple and Maud Silver would get along quite well. Jane Marple & Ariadne Oliver could definitely teach the men a few things about solving crime. Jane Marple would find Nancy Drew quiet delightful (yellow spine or 1930s Nancy please). I would also be down for a modern take on any of these pairs. Feel free to combine.

Jenny Chawleigh & Various: I think Patience and Jenny could be good friends, as could Anthea & Jenny.

Romelle & Fala: I think these crossover cousins could have a lot in common.

I do think Jane Marple and Maud Silver would be quite friendly. Perhaps a visit used as a blind? Epistolary fic would also work here, I think. Jane Marple and Ariadne Oliver could be fun – I could see her possibly underestimating her at first. Nancy Drew could use a trip to St. Mary Mead, I think.

Either of the Jenny Chawleigh pairings should probably focus on a house party or social. (And yes, I realize there is an error because Patience is not in Ajax.) A touch of Jenny realizing that perhaps the Lyntons are not quite so bad after meeting Tiffany and/or the Darracotts.

Romelle & Fala have a lot in common, I think they might get along better than they do with their counterparts. Feel free to have them taking on a problem together!

Marvel Cinematic Universe

Carol Danvers & Maria Rambeau (MCU)

These two clearly have a close, close relationship, and they don't get a real reunion. I need that story. I need Carol having a little bit of normality with her bestie, in between helping other planets.

I know there is not much room in the movie for this stuff, but I NEED IT after they teased us with their friendship. And so do they. Feel free to involve Monica as well – maybe a memory roadtrip?
