Requests:

OF1: Ghostly Hitchhiker

DNW: extreme violence, gore, sexual violence, cruelty to animals

I really like to focus on the hitchhiker - how did they end up as a ghost? Can they ever get home?

I would prefer to have the hitchhiker be female.

I love the Phantom Hitchhiker, especially the young ones who disappear on the way home. How do they become ghostly hitchhikers? Do they interact with other ghosts?

My own works include In The Sitting Room and The Wheel Spins Round, and I had a lovely fic written for me called Anniversary.

OF2: Desert Nomad/Oasis Spirit

DNW: extreme violence, gore, sexual violence, cruelty to animals

Pretty open here - maybe the oasis spirit controls who can find the oasis? Maybe they need to meet some sort of criteria?

Would prefer to have spirit be female, nomad be male OR if you want to make it a gen prompt, they can both be female.

Not much to add, but I’m definitely interested in the aspect where the oasis spirit controls who finds it. Can only someone who is worthy find it? Does it provide a refuge?

OF2: Detective On Vacation & All The Potential Mysteries She Keeps Dodging

So of course, I'm thinking Jessica Fletcher from Murder She Wrote. I'd prefer the detective be female. Bonus points if the mysteries are like ones in her books.

Not much to add. This one basically makes me think of the Tumblr post where the girl is dodging the openings of other anime shows. I like the idea that she sees the mystery coming and is all “No.”

OF2: Feline Goddess Disguised As Human & Box Of Kittens She Finds In An Alley

DNW: extreme violence, gore, sexual violence, cruelty to animals

Feline goddess saving the kitties! I don't want to take it to a dark place, but I wouldn't mind if she maybe put a scare into whoever left the babies behind. Or maybe the ghost of the mother cat leads her to the kittens? Anyway, kittens. I'm partial to Siamese and black cats. Does she give them powers? Does she have followers?

This one is really popular. I just got done reading some tear-inducing shorts about cats (Including The Sin of Madame Phloi) so I need something cute and fluffy and maybe just a little vengeful. Thinking more on it, I like the idea of the mother cat’s spirit somehow leading the goddess to the kittens? Perhaps she was already connected?

OF2: Female Warrior/God of War

DNW: extreme violence, gore, sexual violence, cruelty to animals

Kind of thinking an Amazon and Ares sort of thing, but it doesn't need to be set in that setting. I'd be down with a modern-day female warrior. Some violence is acceptable, but not really graphic.

I am military, so I’d be kind of interested in a modern day take, but I would be just as interested in a pseudo-Greek (or maybe Atlantis-related) take on this as well. Or even a Regency or Victorian style woman warrior?

OF2: Ghost of a Grandmother & Small Runaway Child Who Hides In Her Abandoned Cottage

I want the grandmother ghost to be protective, obviously. Other than that I'm pretty open!

Focus on the grandmother ghost more than the child. Why is she haunting it? Did she fail her own grandchildren? I don’t want explicitness on whatever the child is running from.

OF2: Regency-era Peer Turned Guardian/Ward

DNW: extreme violence, gore, sexual violence, cruelty to animals

This is one of my favorite tropes, especially if the guardian isn't all that much older. Pretty open.

It’s in a lot of Regencies (specifically Regency Buck by Heyer) but the whole Ward is expecting her Guardian to actually be his father trope is really enjoyable. I would prefer the Guardian to be male, Ward to be female. I especially like when the Guardian is trying not to be drawn in.

OF3: Honor Student/Overdramatic Ideas Person/Person Who Makes Plans Work

DNW: extreme violence, gore, sexual violence, cruelty to animals

So, I'm thinking the dynamic between Haruhi/Tamaki/Kyoya in Ouran High School Host Club. The honor student who's oblivious to a lot of things. The overdramatic ideas guy who's always coming up with ways to entertain the group and drives people nuts. The planner who makes everything come together and helps people keep their sanity. Set the story around some big social event or competition.

I prefer the m/f/m setup, but either the honor student or planner can be the female.

Not much to add. I like the interplay in the relationship, and how it all comes together.

OF3: Harvest Goddess/King/Queen

DNW: extreme violence, gore, sexual violence, cruelty to animals

I want something dealing with the whole ritual sex between king and queen as stand-in for harvest goddess to ensure a good harvest. It's supposed to be symbolic, but what if the harvest goddess did actually come down?

Pretty much what it sounds like. I like the idea of the goddess actually coming down – perhaps she likes the look of the king or he reminds her of someone else?
