It doesn't seem to be available on DVD - I saw it probably 15+ years ago on AMC, had it taped from the TV but now the tape is MIA (well, and my VCR is dead). A turn on Amazon looking for it was pretty unsuccessful.
I haven't seen anything of the third miniseries other than the preview. I'll stick with the first 2.
