Depressed Little Fox

I took the husband to the airport, got to spend an extra hour with him due to the flight being delayed.

It's hard. It doesn't get any easier. I hate doing it. We need to get my class date, because otherwise I am going to be a very hostile little Fox. I am tired of being separated from my husband.

The good news is that Brian gets his promotion to Staff Sergeant on the 1st of January, and should get to get out of the barracks. Never mind that we're also entitled to a nice amount of BAH between the 2 of us, and it'll be even nicer when we only have to pay for one apartment.

So it's back to working on fic and studying for the NCO of the Month board on the 7th, and trying to keep myself busy.

I also have Keen Eddie on DVD, so I think I'm saving that for my two days off.

Ohhh, you got Keen Eddie! God, that show ruled. He and his roommate were so 'wayne/courtney'. LOL.

Sorry about Brian. I guess you never get used to it, ey? I hope you two can be together soon. Are you pretty much at the whim of the Army where that's concerned?

Back to SG-1 adoration for me. Much escapism is planned.

I only managed to watch the pilot, as one has to go to bed at a decent hour when PT is at 0430. :( Then, of course, Brian got home late due to luggage not showing up with him - luggage, of course, being defined as 'the bag with my razor and contact case/solution' so work will be fun for him today - so he was late calling me.

I should be back to the normal cynical/predatory Fox in a day or so. We get lots of practice.

Congrats to your husband on his upcoming promotion and good luck to you at NCO of the Month! I'm sure you'll do great. :)
