I just really think Richard/Maureen would have been an interesting pair, and much better than Richard/Sharon.

I am totally part of the part of BSC fandom more invested in the parents and wondering if Stoneybrooke is like Peyton Place. Bonus points if Elizabeth is helping fix them up! I’m here for how they meet, navigating the challenges of single parent dating, dawning realization by the girls that they are Dating, not just showing up (maybe a little evasion on parents’ part…). Maureen making the first move because Richard is kind of frozen? Meet cute? I just want it.

Either of these couples has a lot of potential. For Charlie/Janine I am totally here for the idea that maybe they’re having a relationship at school and wondering how to spill it to the crew at home. Or they get busted!

For Charlie/Janine, I’m very here for secret admirer, fake/pretend, notes in books, not the pair, fluff, jacket. I love them (jock and the smart girl, not that Charlie is not smart) and am here for their younger siblings going “really?”

If you want to toss both couples together (a mutual look who happens to be on a date over there situation), go for it.

And if at any time one of the male halves feels like he should drape his jacket around the female half’s shoulder… don’t stop him.

Okay, so they're a rare trio and I love them! Slice of life, heading up for the season, dealing with cranky Lord Darracott, dealing with affairs after Lord Darracott's passing, not getting caught.

If they are not acquainted with the Damerels, feel free to make them so (orgies optional).

I love this dysfunctional family – they’re my favorites in Heyer. More about what happens after the book, and I am VERY into the AU that Hugo/Anthea/Vincent make a threesome. How does Hugo change things (for the better)? Does Lord Darracott stop being such a pain? (Signs point to no.). I love Lady Aurelia’s detachment and support.

Crossover with the Nonesuch, where Richmond meets Tiffany? How does the threesome wish to deal with this.

I’d be interested in Hugo & Vincent dealing with Lord Darracott and then complaining to Anthea about it. Or even how things change after Lord Darracott is gone? (I am willing to lift my “nominated character death” DNW if it is Lord Darracott)

If they were a trio, Lady Aurelia would know. How would she react? (My guess, very pragmatically because it is all in the family). Her outsider POV can be good as well.

Fun social times whilst Ivan/Teja are home on leave?

Period dramas - Tej starts watching the equivalent of Downton Abbey set during the Time of Isolation or Regency. She's hooked but Ivan and Alys may not be. Alternately, Alys has a guilty habit of watching them (and possibly critiquing them). I'm also down for a treatment of over the top costume drama on these periods. Bonus points if you have characters based on Alys and Padma in it (with her critique). Perhaps she gets Laisa interested as well? Feel free to have Cordelia put in her contribution as well! Not much to add here, really. Obviously those dramas should be lavish fashion and maybe not so lavish history... Feel free to insert Duv Galeni rolling his eyes at popular history. Think Downton Abbey, or maybe even a little crackier. Delia has to sneak over and watch with Tej because otherwise Duv will ruin everything with a lecture. Alys tsking over indelicate subjects. Cordelia making comments on casting (especially if they cast someone who’s too pretty/conventionally attractive as her and Aral).

Give me some modern stories of Vorbarr Sultana – I’m a huge Winterfair fan. I love balls and social events and yes, a little intrigue. I’d also be down for scathing reviews/discussion of Barrayaran period drama (Cordelia and Alys nitpicking portrayals of their lives could be good!) or Cordelia and Alys dropping some truth about how it used to be. I’m envisioning something like Downton Abbey but Vorish. Pretender-era dramas? Cordelia and Alys and Drou nitpicking casting (they should definitely cast someone too smooth to play Aral). Not to mention Duv complaining about the history.

Duv/Delia – I recently wrote a missing scene for these two in Memory and I would just love more. So exactly how many rules did they break during that courtship.

Ivan/Tej – I love these two SO much. She’s not what I expected but she is so good for him, and they’re so good for each other and I love them.

I love Return to the Realm, missing scenes, and getting together. Feel free to steam up to young teen levels (i.e. making out) unless you feel like aging up.

How long are they in the Realm vs. how long are they gone in the real world? Canon suggests that no one has even noticed they're gone. How does this impact relationships?

I’m a huge Eric/Sheila shipper. They just work for me, and I’m a big fan of them separately.

I really liked the potential in Presto/Varla. Give me more. I like the idea of her calling him back somehow, or dreaming about her.

For this pairing I would prefer nothing too explicit (i.e. making out yes, actual sex no – skinny dipping would be acceptable). This one is crying out for summer at the amusement park. I love Return to the Realm, whether they know they are going or not...

I helped create CG/BH as a shippy couple and I miss them. The other two have a opposites attract vibe that I like. To be fair, Beach and CG are also opposites attract and then drive each other nuts before they get a room. I have not written for them in awhile, but BH/CG takes me back to a warm little fandom place. Stolen moments are good.

I also love love love Mainframe/Zarana – but how much more fun would it be if she really was working for GI Joe? I’m seeing a rescue story here as a possibility. Feel free to play around with him not being amused about the whole double agent thing. If you take that route, I am fine with Zandar being not a bad guy (unlike their other brother).

Visionaries: Knights of the Magical Light

Also here for the gruff guy/cute girl pairing. I like getting together, canon-typical, having each others' back, and downtime.

Feel free to get a little steamy.

I love how evenly matched Cryotek/Galadria are. The whole scene where we see her surprise him (and then they get interrupted by the baddies) is ripe for “like canon but make it sexier”. But in that scene I love how they immediately slide back to back, and she is an asset, not a liability.

Something around water would be good.

I think something where they are on a joint mission and have to cooperate with Cindarr (who is not really quite so bad as the rest of the crew) would be interesting. What do they think of him? What does he think of them? Channel the tag “Villain and hero both agree that hero’s loved one is delightful” and I am in. Teaming up with their counterparts for Reasons is always entertaining.

How does PTSD affect the characters? How did the collapse of their society impact them? Obviously our characters coped fairly well.

Crossover Fandom

He-Man | Adam (He-Man 1983)/Castaspella (She-Ra 1985)

I love this pairing. I like how he can be different on Etheria, and I like that Casta likes Adam. Getting together, missing scenes, finding out his secret, keeping relationships under wraps. Feel free to steam it up!

I love the He-Man/Casta ship, and would be ALSO interested to see it play out in a Revelations style story (if you’re interested!). I love seeing the difference between how Adam acts on Eternia and Etheria. He-Man | Adam (He-Man MOTU)/Castaspella (She-Ra 1985), See the Revelations ections of the letter for more ideas – if I suggested it there, I’d love it here. I love He-Man and Castaspella together and think it could be excellent to have more.

Or if you’re down for a good AU, Adam gets taken instead of Adora, go crazy. I prefer to ship Adam with Castaspella, and I love seeing the difference between how Adam acts on Eternia and Etheria.

I’d love to see her figure out his secret.

So Daphne/Friederich would make an excellent couple. I liked bookSimon a bit more, but seriously Friedrich is a 19th C dreamboat. I also liked the hints to Edwina.

Feel free to do a little S1 AU or some post S2 setting. Getting together, balls, fabulous dresses and uniforms, Anthony being less of an idiot about marrying Daphne off. Feel free to steam it up.

So this is a rarity, a first-time request! I just finished S2 and will be diving into S3 5/16. I enjoyed the books previously but I also enjoyed the show for its very different world.

But a young handsome personable prince? No wonder they’re “fainting” in front of him!

Daphne/Friedrich ushering in the sort of happy family responsibility George and Charlotte shared, and the next generation totally wrecked? I am here for it. Does the Prince perhaps play Pall Mall?

I was a little torn, since I preferred Edwina in the book, where she’s not so dead-set on marrying Anthony. But they would make a lovely lovely couple.

Hardy Boys/Nancy Drew Mysteries (TV)

They need to Get A Room, preferably with one bed. I love their dynamic and want more - getting together, giving in, driving each other nuts, trying to pretend it is not happening - I am good with all of that! Feel free to steam it up.

There is a scene in the Hollywood 2-parter where Frank is all, "Can it wait while I dry off?" and you should feel free to visit that. Otherwise, I love to see them driving each other nuts, taking turns rescuing each other, and getting stuck in tight places. Cases are optional, and I love relaxing post-case when guards are a little relaxed.

Star Trek: Strange New Worlds (TV)

James T. Kirk/La'an Noonien-Singh (ST SNW)

I love love love these two. Fix-it, finally getting together, breaking the big rule, saving each other, trying to keep it under wraps, getting busted. Feel free to steam it up.

I'm current on Season 2, and very interested in Season 2 specific stories! Especially what happens after To Be Continued. WHAT DO YOU MEAN “TO BE CONTINUED”? I’m very hopeful that TBC includes one Lieutenant Commander Kirk..

I am personally on the SNW doesn’t have to lead to our TOS train – I am totally okay with assuming it spins out/plays out differently. If you want to get inspired by TOS episodes, go right ahead.

La'an/James: AU or continuation of what we’ve seen – after all we know Carol and Kirk don’t work out…. I lean towards the AU though. Interested in seeing how his Tarsus 4 background plays in. What Happened in the Alternate Timeline before S1E10 would also be a great place for La’an and James to hook up again…. Just put these two together. I would prefer the actual Kirk, not the UEF Kirk (this time).

If you need a framing story, allow me to suggest Colony Welfare Checks. TBH, I love these. I am here for the colony needs a rescue. I am here for the colony is shady AF. I am here for pollen that makes everyone stupidly happy. Maybe they even go to rescue a Klingon colony? Something where they have to work together and get stranded? Oh no!

And yes, the bridge crew is capital-N Nosy so good luck keeping it a secret.
