I like Friday.  It's my lazy day.

Enjoying some of the contents of my care package (yummy chipses!) and relaxing with my roommate.

I broke down and bought a) the faster Internet as well as going back to the paid LJ account and extra userpics.  So now I have space to make/pick up some more.  Only first I have to organize the ones on my computer so I know what I haven't uploaded yet.  First task on Sunday will be making an updated icon of the MV (who is getting to be less and less "mini").

Glad to see you decided to go with the better net package; it made quite a bit of difference the other day.

Someday you'll have to explain the whole 'user pic' thing; is it like having multiple profile pics? Or is it a separate pic to use with each post?

They're like profile pics, only you can choose a new one each time. Or you can choose one that fits the post. You can use a default as well, but I like to change it up. That's why I have somewhere around 100. Some of them are inactive, but if you delete them, the posts revert to the default, and several of mine are MV-centric.

Okay, cool. I've seen a bunch of them, and I get email notifications every time someone on the f-list uploads a new one. I tried a demo of the paid version of LJ last week, but it expired before I had a chance to do anything with it. I like the MV-centric ones you have; maybe I should try something along those lines.

Thanks, love - I think it'll have to wait until I'm back on a laptop next week, as the iPad app doesn't allow things like userpics,but I'll browse around a bit when I get back to MD and see what I can do.
