My general preferences are here, but here is the modified version of my Star Wars preferences:

So, I'm a Star Wars fan who's a little sad that the Extended Universe got handwaved away - I really loved Timothy Zahn and Michael Stackpole, and my requests reflect that. I am a Legends girl at heart, and you can’t go wrong if you write me something that belongs in either a Timothy Zahn book or Stackpole’s Rogue Squadron books.

However, I'm also a Star Wars fan who thought Rogue One totally and completely rocked it out of the park. Loved it loved it loved it!

Please don't refer to anything that happened after the godawful Vector Prime and switch to Del Rey.

I'm also not a very active Star Wars fan.

I enjoyed the sequels (although that like is dwindling more every time I see a stupid handwave plot post) but didn’t LOVE them, especially after the ridiculously evident fact that they DIDN’T HAVE A PLAN.

I love the original three.

I am NOT a fan of the prequels. I wanted to like them, but I just couldn’t get past Phantom Menace and the stupidity of traveling around with young Obi-Wan Kenobi and falling for Anakin. I’m not familiar with the animated SW shows, and my ignoring the sequels means I also missed all the “Jedi don’t have emotional attachments” which maybe should have gone down as a bad idea.

I’m not currently familiar with The Mandalorian other than Baby Yoda memes but might have remedied that by the time the challenge opens.

I did enjoy the zaniness of the Star Wars Lego Holiday special, so feel free to play off that.

My heart is with the original 3 (and Rogue One, now that it exists) and the "waved away" Extended Universe. The more they make me feel like it requires me to do homework, the less interested I am.

I'm also not really a Luke fan. Give me Han and Wedge any day of the week. And maybe Ben Kenobi. Or an AU where Biggs Darklighter becomes the most famous pilot from Tatooine. And maybe find some way to make Rey a Kenobi descendant…? I really wanted her to be a Kenobi descendant.

On all my requests, I'm TOTALLY and completely fine with the idea of the characters being in a tapcafe or cantina or bar telling stories about "that one time" - or having encounters in bars.

I like "what-if" AUs, but not "Star Wars: The Dorms".

Please feel free to mix and match my requests. If you figure out some way to work them all in, I guarantee you I will enjoy it!

Also, after watching some of the original Thundercats, I think it is obvious: Jaga is a Jedi Master. Feel free to run with this.

My overall DNW are extreme/explicit/sexual violence, nominated character death, cruelty to children/animals.

I'd love to see Corran getting a force ghost visit from his grandfather.

I'm always down for Corran/Mirax, and combining them with Han/Leia could be very fun. Maybe some diplomatic event that gets steadily less boring? Corellia related? Mirax and Han swapping stories?

I love Mirax and Corran, especially when she takes him down a few notches.

Wedge & Corran & Booster & Mirax & Han: Corellia Forever! The most epic smuggling job ever - or the stories in the bar later. Hijinks ensue. Rogue Squadron timeline or later.

I like these all equally.

So this is my Corellia/Corran Horn request. Yes I know he’s a pain in the ass, but I do love him (especially if people take him down a peg or two). I love the idea that all the Corellians could be drinking buddies, and I am 100% here for the idea that Corellians may have a higher percentage of people who use the Force on a subconscious level but think they’re just lucky. Never tell them the odds.

I’m also totally down for you poking some gentle fun at CorSec Corran Horn being a little twitchy at being surrounded by the Corellian Rogues Gallery, even if he is involved with/married to one.

Corran/Erisi – Maybe some nightmare/AU where Corran has to get away from her. In this specific case I am A-OK with Erisi being a nominated character death.

Just don't put Teneniel in the fridge like they do later in the series. I loved young Teneniel and was super disapointed to see what they did to her.

Mara interacting with Teneniel could be fun.

Rey's parents and either Mara or Luke - or both? Maybe transfer the You will kill Luke Skywalker here? It could be good.

So I am totally down for a Legends/ST fusion. I love the idea that Mara and Luke could help fend off the total disaster the sequels open us on. I also love the idea of Mara Jade and Rey linking up. I’ve written a take on this for a previous MayTheFourth:

I love Teneniel with Luke (maybe not a permanent thing) and think she and Mara Jade could team up to give Luke quite the headache. Or maybe Mara has an adventure on Dathomir?

Also maybe an AU where Corran isn’t a total idiot about Jan Dodonna? Go for it.

Wedge & Leia - I'd love to see more of this relationship, especially as it is portrayed in the Legends book. Or if you want to take it to TLJ, that would also be acceptable. In this scenario only, I am okay with a Wedge death but it better be a blaze of glory saving someone.

Wedge/Leia - I think a fling could have happened, a little stress relief...

I'm okay with killing Wedge off in the Wedge & Leia scenario, but it better be glorious and heroic. I really miss him in the newer movies. Keep Wedge/Leia in the X-Wing or original series timeframe.

I love love love Wedge Antilles. I'd love something set during original movies, X-Wing books or maybe a look at what he's doing in Last Jedi (or why he's NOT doing anything). I like Poe, but he's no Wedge Antilles…

I have a great affection for Biggs as well, and hanging out with Wedge. Feel free to have them ganging up on Luke somehow. Or maybe Biggs lives and becomes the most famous pilot a planet called Tatooine ever produced....

I admit to a preference for the Wedge of the Rogue Squadron books, with the sly humor and him as the Commander of the Rogues (and their craziness). Maybe an AU where Biggs is in there with him? You could keep Gavin around as well.

For Wedge and Pash, I love their interactions in the X-Wing books.

Not really much to add besides WHERE ARE ALL THE PILOTS in the later movies? I like Poe, but he’s no Wedge Antilles. Also not opposed to you dragging in the rest of the Rogues for comic relief. Leia is gone when Wedge finally makes his appearance, but you could do something with that, him remembering her.

For Wedge and Pash, the whole bit where they’re undercover at the museum and Pask is talking about getting his father a souvenir? That’s peak of what I would like.
