They're doing something with the roads, because they had part of Brainard Ave closed off for like a week and a half. Actually, I think it was more something UNDER the roads.

On the one hand, Darling Hall is convenient, because all the admin BS is in one place. On the other hand, I'm always tempted to try a virgin sacrifice before I head over there. Part of the problem, as I understand it, is the IMA mentioned in the article. Powers that be think that privatizing all this stuff is a good idea because it frees up Soldiers.

And I'm sure you don't even want to get anyone started on the damned travel cards and that payment tangle. Like the Soldiers who aren't paying because they haven't been paid by DFAS yet.

Also, I highly recommend trying to use up your TA as soon as possible in the fiscal year, because God only knows when that's going to be under the axe.
