In actual restaurants I prefer smaller portion sizes because they are almost always too much food for me but whenever I go to a fast food place I almost always order biggy size. Just can't get enough of the french fries and grease, I love french fries. But no matter what I order or how much, I am the only one responsible for what I eat. It's not right to turn around and blame the restaurant for offering something to somebody then that person gets fat. When will people become responsible for their own actions?

Besides, most fast food restaurants, and some regular restaurants, have the nutritional information of their food online. If you really want to know, go look it up, don't expect everybody else to do it for you.
