No, already did PLDC, long ago and far away. PLDC is, actually, required to become an E-5 (or within a year of pinning on).
It's my date for 96B school, so that I may reclass and be in an MOS that does NOT have stagnant promotions, and that I may recieve a 15,000 or so bonus under the BEAR program.
